I’m Chris Carrion, certified sleep coach for those who are struggling with insomnia. Insomnia is very personal to me because I struggled and suffered with it for over six years. My personal journey began soon after my son Julian was diagnosed with ASD. His diagnosis along with the challenges of parenting a child with a disability, proved to be especially stressful for me during that time. What started off as an occasional sleepless night, quickly spiraled out of control into an experience that shook my core like nothing I have ever experienced and changed my life completely. My life was at an utter standstill for six years and at my very worse I considered suicide as a desperate attempt to end the pain and isolation that ate at me constantly. Nonetheless, I was determined to find a solution so that I could win my life back. I made a promise that if I ever got past it, I would pay it forward and help as many people as possible.
